HOW TO USE: 

• Diffuse 4 drops of Lavender per 100 ml of water
• Dilute Lavender in Sweet Almond Oil at a 5% rate. Gently massage into the scalp.
• Combine 5 drops each of Lavender and Chamomile Essential Oils with a carrier oil inside a 10ml roller bottle. Apply it to your wrists and temples before bed while traveling for on-the-go sleep support
