Ingredients: Eucalyptus Globulus (Eucalyptus) Leaf Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia Leaf Oil, Cinnamomum Camphora (Camphor) Bark Oil, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Mentha, Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Laurus Nobilis Leaf Oil, Boswellia Carterii Oil

HOW TO USE: 

• Combine 12 drops of Breathe Easy with 1 oz of sweet almond oil. Rub the mixture onto your hands or chest to assist in clearing congestion.
• Place 2-3 drops of Breathe Easy in a diffuser and inhale the aroma for boosts of energy and concentration throughout the day.
• Heat water to boiling and pour it into a large bowl. Add 3-4 drops of Breathe Easy Blend, cover your head and the bowl with a large towel, and place your face above the bowl. Inhale the hot steam for several minutes to help relieve cough and congestion.
